DICE KAYEK is a design brand focused on women's watches. Its designs are built on simplicity, balanced proportion and everyday durability; every model is made with a quartz movement and sold with a 2-year international warranty.
Which collection suits me?
Is shipping charged, and when will my order arrive?
Shipping is free on every order within Türkiye, with no minimum spend. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days at the latest; your tracking link is e-mailed to you as soon as the parcel leaves us.
How long are the watches under warranty?
Every DICE KAYEK watch carries a 2-year international warranty. It covers manufacturing and movement faults; impact and water damage are not covered. Each watch is delivered with a warranty card matched to its reference number and a user manual.
How do returns and exchanges work?
You may return your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason; if the product is faulty, this period extends to 30 days. Once you have sent your request via the contact page, you ship the product cash on delivery — the return shipping cost is ours.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Instalments are available on partner bank cards; see the instalment options page for the current table. Payments are taken with 3D Secure and your card details are never stored by us.
Do the watches come in a gift box?
Yes. Every watch is delivered in a signed DICE KAYEK box together with its protective cushion, user manual and warranty card. No second wrapping is needed when giving it as a gift.
