Payment Options
Pay by credit or debit card in a single payment or in instalments, or by bank transfer if you prefer.
Payment methods we accept
- Credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard and other cards we work with.
- Bank transfer / EFT: selectable at checkout; your order is processed once payment is confirmed.
Cash on delivery, carriage-forward payment, postal cheque and other methods arranged without contacting customer services are not accepted.
Instalments
Instalment options and the number of instalments vary by card issuer and by campaign period. You will see the current options at the payment step, after entering your card number. Once you approve the basket total including VAT (in instalment transactions, the total instalment amounts), the payment is processed through the bank POS.
Provisions on interest and default interest apply under the Credit Card Agreement between you and your bank; please confirm current rates with your bank.
When your order is processed
Your order is taken into processing not at the moment you place it, but at the moment collection is made from your card. No dispatch takes place before the order confirmation e-mail has been sent.
Payment security
Your card details are never seen or stored by us. Credit card details are transmitted securely to the relevant bank solely during collection in order to obtain authorisation, and are deleted from the system afterwards.
Where the card belongs to someone other than you, or the product is delivered to another person, the resulting legal risk lies with the buyer.
Invoice
The person to be invoiced and the person placing the order must be the same. Your invoice is sent with your parcel, as legally required.
Refunds on instalment purchases
For instalment purchases, the full amount is refunded to your card and your bank reflects the refund over the same number of instalments. Details: Returns & Exchanges
