Returns & Exchanges

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery, without giving a reason. We cover the return shipping cost. Watches engraved on the caseback are made to your order and fall outside this period.

Return period

The right of withdrawal covers the first 30 days following the day you take delivery. For multiple-item orders, the period starts when the last item is delivered.

The same 30-day period applies if you wish to return an item because of a defect.

Personalised products

A watch engraved with a name or symbol on its caseback is made for you alone and cannot be sold to anyone else. Under Turkish distance selling regulations these products carry no right of withdrawal: the 30-day return period does not run for engraved watches, and the engraving fee is not refunded.

Where we accept a personalised return as an exception, 30% of the product price is deducted, because the item cannot be resold.

This applies to changing your mind; mistakes on our side are a separate matter. If the engraving differs from what you entered on your order, we will replace the watch or refund it in full. Engraved text cannot be changed afterwards, so please check the spelling before you add the watch to your cart.

Return conditions

• The product must be unused, undamaged and still in resaleable condition.
• The invoice and, where applicable, the delivery note must be included.
• The box, warranty certificate and accessories must be complete.
• Personalised products carry no right of withdrawal; see “Personalised products” above for the detail.

Products past the return period, without an invoice, used, or no longer in resaleable condition will not be accepted for return or exchange and will be sent back to you carriage forward.

How to return

1. Send your return request to info@serhatsaat.com or through our contact page.
2. We will send you the return details and courier instructions.
3. Send the product with its invoice, using the courier that delivered to your address.

Refunds

Once our team has reviewed your return we will get back to you. When the return is approved, the product price is refunded within 5 business days at the latest; the statutory maximum is 14 days. No refund is issued before the product reaches us.

• Credit card: the full amount is refunded to your card. For instalment purchases, your bank reflects the refund over the same number of instalments. The time it takes to appear on your card account is at your bank’s discretion.
• Bank transfer / EFT: the refund is credited to your account within 5 business days.

For card purchases we cannot issue a cash refund, under our agreement with the bank.

Faulty or incorrect items

If a defective item, the wrong item or the wrong colour was sent by us, you can return it free of shipping charge within 30 days of delivery, provided you have not used it — just contact us first. This right applies to engraved watches as well.

Exchanges

The same periods and conditions apply to exchanges. Exchanges are subject to stock availability; where stock is unavailable, we process a refund instead.
