Order Tracking
You can follow your order from your account or with the tracking number we send you.
Tracking from your account
Sign in and open the relevant order under Past orders. The order status, courier company and tracking number appear there.
Tracking by e-mail
When your order is dispatched we send a shipping notification e-mail containing the tracking number. Enter that number on the courier’s website to see the current status. If you cannot find the e-mail, check your junk or spam folder.
Order statuses
- Preparing — payment received, your order is being packed.
- Dispatched — handed to our contracted courier; a tracking number has been created.
- Out for delivery — the parcel is at the delivery branch and on its way to you.
- Delivered — the parcel has reached the recipient.
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days at the latest. Details: Shipping & Delivery
My parcel is late or not showing
Tracking numbers become active within a few hours. If your order has not reached you within the stated period, write to info@serhatsaat.com with your order number and we will chase it for you.
If you were not at your address, your parcel is held at the nearest branch for 3 days; if it is not collected, it is returned to us.
