Use of Artificial Intelligence
At Dice Kayek Timepieces we occasionally make use of AI-assisted tools in our digital communication. On this page we set out openly where we use those tools, to what extent, and under which rules.
Use of AI in imagery
Some of the atmosphere, concept and lifestyle imagery on our website and digital channels may have been produced or edited with AI-assisted tools. These images are created in order to convey the brand’s aesthetic world and the feel of wearing our products.
Where a human figure appears in such images, the people shown are not real people; they do not represent any model, customer or employee of ours. So that AI-assisted content can be easily distinguished by our visitors, we are working on labelling and disclosure methods and continue to develop our practices in line with the legislation in force.
Product imagery
The watch images on product detail pages show the product itself. We do not alter a product’s design, material, case size or colour option with AI, and we do not use imagery to suggest a feature the product does not have.
Standard adjustments such as colour correction, light balancing, resolution enhancement and background cleaning may be applied to product images. These are technical adjustments that do not change the true appearance of the product. That said, you may see differences in colour and tone depending on your screen settings.
Use of AI in text
Product descriptions, blog articles and informational texts may be prepared or edited with AI-assisted tools. All such texts are read and approved by our team before publication.
Technical information such as case diameter, water resistance, movement, material and warranty period is not generated by AI; it is based on data supplied by the manufacturer.
Where we do not use AI
- Customer reviews. The reviews published on our site belong to genuine customers; we do not generate reviews with AI.
- Assessment of requests and complaints. Your return, exchange and warranty applications are reviewed and resolved by our team.
- Prices and terms. Product prices, campaign conditions and warranty terms are not determined by AI.
Legal framework
This disclosure has been prepared in line with the provisions of the Turkish Regulation on Commercial Advertising and Unfair Commercial Practices concerning the identification of AI-generated content, and with the transparency obligations set out in Article 50 of the European Union Artificial Intelligence Act (AI Act).
