Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is free on all orders within Türkiye. Your order is handed to the courier within 2 business days at the latest.

Shipping charge

Shipping is completely free for products purchased from dicekayekwatches.com. No additional shipping charge is added to your order total or your invoice at checkout.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are handed to our contracted courier within 2 business days at the latest. You can follow your order on the Order Tracking page or under “Past orders” in your account.

The statutory delivery period is a maximum of 30 days from the sending of the order confirmation. In practice, orders are delivered well within that period.

Delivery hours

Your order is delivered to the address you provided on weekdays between 09:00 and 18:00. Courier companies do not deliver on public holidays.

Where the courier does not deliver to the address, parcels are sent with telephone notification. In regions served only once a week, and in the event of natural disasters or similar extraordinary circumstances, delivery may take longer than stated.

If you are not at the address

If you cannot be found at your address, a note is left telling you which branch to collect your parcel from. Parcels not collected within 3 days are returned to us.

Changing the recipient or address

We can change the recipient details or the delivery address before your order is dispatched. Send us the new details through our contact page.

Where the product is to be delivered to someone other than you, we are not responsible for additional shipping charges arising from the delivery being refused, from errors in the dispatch details, or from the recipient not being at the address.

Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, do not accept it and have the courier draw up a report. If the courier considers the parcel undamaged, you have the right to have it opened on the spot to check that the products were delivered intact, and to have the situation recorded in a report. Once the parcel has been accepted, the courier is deemed to have performed its duty in full. If a report was drawn up, send us a copy as soon as possible.

Invoice

We are legally required to send the invoice for your order on the parcel and to state the name and surname on it.
