Information on the protection of your personal data
Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 (“KVKK”), any information that makes your identity determined or determinable — including your special categories of personal data — will be processed as Personal Data by SERHAT SAAT A.Ş. in its capacity as data controller, within the scope set out below. “Processing of your personal data” means any operation performed on such data, such as obtaining, recording, storing, retaining, altering, reorganising, disclosing, transferring, taking over, making obtainable, classifying or preventing the use of the data.
As SERHAT SAAT A.Ş., we attach the highest importance to the security of your personal data, and we continue our activities in the awareness that the security of your personal data comes first in all the products and services we offer you.
Using your personal data for the transactions you carry out with our company, protecting the privacy of your private life and safeguarding your fundamental rights and freedoms are our core principles.

Purposes of processing your personal data and the legal grounds
Your personal data is processed in order to: perform the contracts established between you and the company during your participation in our campaigns or for other reasons; comply with the information retention, reporting and notification obligations prescribed by the authorities; provide the products and services you request; recognise customers within the scope of the information you have consented to be processed and improve communication and service quality; ensure correct product availability; maintain the commercial relationship; and send you commercial electronic messages.
Transfer of your personal data
For the purposes listed above, your personal data held by SERHAT SAAT A.Ş. is stored securely and is not disclosed to third parties outside the legal framework. Your personal data may be transferred to persons or organisations permitted by the provisions of the legislation, and to the partner organisations and other third parties from which we receive services and with which we cooperate in order to carry out our activities, for the purposes of improving service quality, ensuring correct product availability and maintaining the commercial relationship.
Method of collecting your personal data
Your personal data may be collected verbally, in writing or electronically through channels such as the Head Office, the website, text messages sent to the company or its affiliates, and the call centre.
Your rights under Article 11 of the Law
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, by contacting our company on +90 212 434 07 67 you may exercise your rights to:
- learn whether your personal data is being processed;
- request information if it has been processed;
- learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose;
- know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom the data has been transferred;
- request correction of the data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly;
- request its erasure or destruction, or that it be anonymised, within the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK;
- request that the third parties to whom the data has been transferred be notified of the actions taken under points (e) and (f) above;
- object to a result being reached to your detriment because the data has been analysed exclusively through automated systems;
- request compensation for damage if you suffer loss because the data has been processed unlawfully.
Data controller to whom you may apply under the Law
Under the provisions of the KVKK, you may submit your request relating to the exercise of the rights set out above to SERHAT SAAT A.Ş. in writing or by the other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board, as well as through the following channels:
