Returns

You may return products purchased from www.dicekayekwatches.com by courier, carriage forward, within 14 days of the delivery date at the latest. If this period is exceeded, returns cannot be processed. Products that are past the return period, that have no invoice, that have been used, that have lost their resaleable condition or that are damaged will not be accepted for return or exchange and will be sent back to you carriage forward. Your return will be reviewed by the relevant Dice Kayek departments, after which we will contact you and the process will begin. Once your return is approved, the product price is refunded within 5 business days at the latest, provided we are able to reach you on your contact number. The process from that point onwards depends entirely on your bank, and our site has no right to intervene with your bank. Where a product was purchased in instalments, the full amount is refunded to your credit card; however, your bank will reflect the refund to your credit card in instalments as well. If the product was paid for by bank transfer or EFT, the refund amount will be credited to your account within 5 business days. Our site is not responsible for delays caused by contact numbers that cannot be reached.

How long is the return and exchange period?

The right of withdrawal without giving a reason, provided under Turkish consumer law, covers only the first 14 days following the day you take delivery of the product. If you wish to return a product because of a defect, this period extends to 30 days.

For returns of personalised product orders, a deduction of 30% will be applied because the product was manufactured specifically for the customer.

The product I received is defective — what should I do?

Where the issue originates from www.dicekayekwatches.com — a defective product, the wrong product, the wrong colour and similar — you may return it free of shipping charge by contacting us through our contact page within 30 days of the delivery date, without having used the product and without it having lost its resaleable condition. Outside this period, products cannot be returned or exchanged in any way.
