How much is shipping?

Shipping is completely free for products purchased from www.dicekayekwatches.com. No additional shipping charge is added to your order total or your invoice during checkout.

When will my order arrive?

Orders placed on our site are handed over to the courier company within 2 business days at the latest. You can check the status of your order under Past orders in the My Account section.

At what times will my order be delivered?

Your order is delivered to the delivery address you provided on weekdays during working hours, between 09:00 and 18:00.

Can I change the recipient or the delivery address of my order?

To check the status of your order, go to the My Account section and review the relevant order. You can send us your new recipient details or new address through our contact page.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

Courier companies do not make deliveries on public holidays.

My order arrived while I was not at my address — what should I do?

If you cannot be found at your address, a note is left informing you that you can collect your parcel from the nearest branch. If you do not collect your parcel from the stated branch within 3 days, your order is returned to us.

Why do you attach the invoice to the outside of the parcel?

We are legally required to send the invoice for your order on the parcel and to state the name and surname on it.
